The Idaho Democratic Party

The power lies with voters who choose to be active Democrats.
They elect precinct captains who serve on central committees of both their district and county.
District CCs elect 1 member to State Central Committee. County CCs, 3 members.
The State Central Committee chooses an Executive Committee to make decisions between their meetings.

During even numbered years, Democratic voters caucus to elect State Convention delegates.
Delegates and State CC members update party by-laws and elect national delegates.
